1Cancellation & Refund Overview
We understand that plans can change. That's why we offer a structured cancellation and refund policy that's fair to both our customers and our business.
The refund amount depends on when you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time. The earlier you cancel, the higher the refund.
48+ Hours Before Pickup 100% Refund
Full refund. No deductions. Cancel worry-free.
24-48 Hours Before Pickup 80% Refund
20% retained as cancellation fee. 80% refunded.
Less Than 24 Hours 50% Refund
50% retained as late cancellation fee. 50% refunded.
No-Show No Refund
If you don't show up and don't cancel, no refund is applicable.

3Cancellation Tiers Explained
Tier 1: Full Refund (48+ Hours)
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you receive a 100% full refund. No cancellation fee is charged. The refund is processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
Tier 2: Partial Refund (24-48 Hours)
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup are eligible for an 80% refund. A 20% cancellation fee is retained to cover vehicle reservation and preparation costs.
Tier 3: Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours)
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, a 50% refund is issued. A 50% late cancellation fee applies because the vehicle was prepared, cleaned, and reserved exclusively for your booking.
No-Show
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the agreed time and do not cancel or communicate, no refund is applicable. We strongly recommend cancelling in advance to receive your eligible refund.
4How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking through any of these methods:

5Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed, here's what happens:
- You receive a cancellation confirmation on WhatsApp with refund details
- Refund is initiated within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation
- Refund is processed via the original payment method:
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID — typically reflects within 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same bank account — 3-5 business days
- Cash: Refunded via UPI/bank transfer (we will collect your details) — 3-5 business days
- Card: Refunded to the same card — 5-7 business days (depends on your bank)
- You will receive a refund confirmation message once the transfer is completed
6Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit refund is separate from the booking refund and follows its own process:
- Security deposit is refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected
- Inspection checks for: damages, fuel level, cleanliness, accessories
- If everything is in order, the full deposit is refunded within 24-48 hours
- If deductions are needed (damages, fuel shortage, late return, challans), a detailed breakdown is shared on WhatsApp before deduction
- The remaining amount after deductions is refunded within 24-48 hours

7Company-Initiated Cancellation
If we cancel your booking due to any reason on our end, you are entitled to:
- 100% full refund — regardless of when the cancellation happens
- Refund processed within 24-48 hours (priority processing)
- We will also try to offer an alternative vehicle of similar or higher category
Reasons we may cancel include:
- Vehicle mechanical issues discovered during pre-rental inspection
- Vehicle involved in an accident during previous rental
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
8Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT applicable in the following situations:
- No-show without prior cancellation communication
- Rental terminated due to renter's violation of Terms & Conditions
- Rental terminated due to driving under influence of alcohol/drugs
- Renter provided false or fraudulent documents during KYC
- Early return of vehicle (no refund for unused rental days unless agreed in advance)
- Dissatisfaction with the vehicle model (if the confirmed vehicle was provided)
9Disputes & Grievances
If you believe your refund was incorrect or you have a grievance:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 991 372 2325 with your concern
- We will review your case within 24 hours
- All disputes are resolved fairly based on documented evidence (photographs, messages, booking records)
- If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat
