How early should I book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability of your preferred car. During weekends and holidays, booking 2-3 days ahead is advisable.
Can I book a car for someone else?
Yes, you can book for someone else. However, the person driving the car must have a valid driving license and will need to complete the KYC verification before pickup.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Indian driving license to rent a self drive car from us.

Do you accept international driving licenses?
Yes, we accept valid International Driving Permits (IDP) along with a passport and visa copy for foreign nationals. Please share documents in advance for verification.
Can I rent with a learner's permit?
No, we do not rent cars to holders of learner's permits. You must have a valid permanent driving license issued by an Indian RTO.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected at the time of pickup. The amount varies by car model. It is fully refunded after the car is returned in the same condition.
Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely not. Our pricing is 100% transparent. The price shown on our website includes everything — there are no hidden charges, no weekend surcharges, and no festival premiums. GST is included.

What is the fuel policy?
We follow a "same-to-same" fuel policy. The car is delivered with a certain fuel level and should be returned with the same level. All fuel expenses during your trip are borne by you.

Yes! You can take the car anywhere within Gujarat. For inter-state travel, please inform us in advance so we can provide necessary permits and documentation. Additional charges may apply for inter-state trips.
Do you offer doorstep delivery?
Yes, we offer doorstep delivery and pickup across Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. We can deliver to your home, hotel, airport, railway station, or any other location.
What if the car breaks down during my trip?
Don't worry! We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of a breakdown, call us immediately and we'll arrange help. If the issue can't be fixed on-site, we'll provide a replacement car at no extra cost.
Is there a kilometer limit?
Our rental plans have specific km limits depending on the package you choose. Please check the car listing page or ask us on WhatsApp for exact km details for your preferred car and duration.

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a partial cancellation fee. Please contact us for specific details.
What if I return the car late?
We provide a grace period of 1 hour. After that, late return charges apply on an hourly basis. If you know you'll be late, please inform us in advance — we can often extend your booking at a pro-rated daily price.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all cars come with comprehensive insurance that covers third-party liability and major accidents. Minor scratches, dents, and interior damage caused by the renter may be charged from the security deposit.
Who pays for traffic challans and tolls?
Any traffic challans (fines) incurred during your rental period are your responsibility. Toll charges are also to be paid by the renter. Please follow all traffic rules while driving.
